The Spark That Ignited Everything
In 2024, two young dreamers, Jay Thakkar and Gopi Dobariya, noticed something that bothered them deeply. Small businesses around them were struggling with messy spreadsheets and confusing data, while big companies had fancy analytics tools that cost millions. It just didn't seem fair.
"Why should only big corporations get to make smart decisions?" they wondered. Every small business owner deserves to understand their data and grow smarter. This simple belief became the heart of ProInsights Analytics – making powerful analytics accessible to everyone, not just the big players.

Founder & CEO
Jay is the tech wizard behind ProInsights. Fresh out of college with big dreams and endless energy, he's obsessed with making complex technology simple and beautiful. Jay believes that every business owner should be able to understand their data without needing a computer science degree.
When he's not coding late into the night, Jay is dreaming up new ways to make analytics more intuitive. His motto? "If your grandma can't use it, we're not done yet!" He brings fresh perspective and innovative thinking to every challenge.

Gopi Dobariya
Co-Founder & CTO
Gopi is the business champion who truly understands what small businesses need. Growing up in Ahmedabad's entrepreneurial environment, he's always been fascinated by how businesses work and what makes them successful.
What drives Gopi crazy? Seeing smart business owners make tough decisions with incomplete information. She believes every entrepreneur deserves access to insights that can transform their business, regardless of their budget or technical knowledge.
Gopi's mission is simple: democratize business intelligence and help every business owner make confident, data-driven decisions that drive real growth.
When Two Dreams Became One
Jay and Gopi first met at a startup meetup in Ahmedabad in early 2024. Jay was excitedly sharing his latest app prototype, while Gopi was passionately discussing the challenges faced by local businesses. What started as a casual conversation over coffee quickly turned into an all-night brainstorming session.
They discovered something amazing – they were both solving the same problem from different angles. Jay had the technical skills to build amazing tools, while Gopi understood exactly what businesses needed. It was like finding the perfect co-founder match!
The lightbulb moment came when they asked: "What if we could give every small business the same powerful insights that big companies have – but make it simple, affordable, and actually fun to use?" That question became their mission, and ProInsights Analytics was born from pure passion and determination.
The Hustle Begins
Like every great startup story, theirs began with big dreams and tiny budgets. Working from a small co-working space in Ahmedabad, Jay and Gopi poured their hearts (and their savings) into building something revolutionary. The early days were all about hustle – coding by day, researching by night, and surviving on endless cups of chai.
Their first prototype was built in Jay's apartment, with Gopi reaching out to local businesses while Jay perfected the code. The rejections were tough – some people couldn't see beyond their Excel sheets, and many questioned whether small businesses would actually pay for analytics tools.
But then came the game-changer! A local restaurant owner used their early dashboard and increased his profits by 25% in just one month. Word spread like wildfire in the business community, and suddenly everyone wanted to try this "magic analytics tool" built by the young entrepreneurs from Ahmedabad.
Building Our Dream Team
With validation in hand, Jay and Gopi knew they needed to scale fast. They chose cutting-edge technologies like React, Node.js, and AI to build a platform that was both powerful and lightning-fast. But technology was just half the battle.
The real magic happened when they started building their team. They found amazing young talents who shared their vision – fresh graduates excited about changing the world, experienced developers looking for meaningful work, and designers who understood that great UX can make or break a product.
Their philosophy was simple: if a busy business owner can't figure it out in 30 seconds, we haven't done our job. Every feature, every button, every color was designed with one goal – making data analytics as easy as checking WhatsApp messages.
